How to grow CBD flowers?
Buy the seeds
To start, you will need some cbd seeds. Avoid practicing your culture with seeds that you find in your CBD flowers because they may cause problems in terms of stability and hermaphroditism.
Buy your seeds on specialized sites that offer quality seeds, this is an important criterion that will influence the rest of the culture.
Jars
You will then need to equip yourself with several pot sizes so as to change them according to the size and age of the plant.
You can use 1 liter pots for the beginning then you will have to move on to pots of about 10 liters for the rest of the culture.
The soil
Fill your pots with potting soil suitable for growing cannabis. Universal potting soil may be suitable, but it will be better to buy specialized potting soil for cannabis in a grow shop for example.
Sprouting
For this step, all you have to do is place your seed in the small 1 liter pot with potting soil, placing it in a hole 2-3 cm deep. It will then be necessary to keep the soil moist without soaking it and place the pot in the light but away from direct sunlight. The germ of your seed will come out in 3 to 5 days.
Watering
For watering, all you have to do is watch the surface of the soil; when it becomes dry over a few centimeters, it's time to water it. To do this you have to go slowly and evenly until the water flows from the bottom of the pot. You can add a cup to collect the excess water that comes out of the pot and constitute a small reserve for the plant.
Fertilizers
Once your plant has passed 3 weeks of growth you can start adding fertilizer to the irrigation water. To buy your fertilizers, it is advisable to turn to a specialized grow shop that sells fertilizers suitable for growing cannabis.
For the dosages it is sufficient to follow the application tables provided by the manufacturer which indicate the dosages according to the life stage of the plant.
Prefer not to exceed the recommended doses and even reduce them to avoid over-fertilizing and blocking the plant. This one will react better with an under fattening than with an overdose.
Sunshine
In terms of sunshine, you will have to gradually accustom your young plants to direct sunlight as soon as they have a pair of real leaves. We will increase direct sun exposure by one hour per day over a week to 6-8 hours per day which will be the ideal amount of direct sunlight for growing cannabis.
If you don't have a place well exposed enough to provide this amount of direct sunlight, it's not a big deal, but you will lose a little in yield and quality.
